Welcome to Bronfelds Hub. By accessing or using the Bronfelds Hub platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bronfelds Hub ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
Bronfelds Hub operates solely as a business introduction and networking platform designed to support discovery and initial engagement between founders and investors.
Platform services may include:
- Startup pitch video hosting and structured visibility
- Investor registration and discovery
- Introduction and meeting coordination
- AI-based startup analysis and insights (optional)
- Document and materials sharing
- Platform tools supporting founder–investor engagement
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
- Bronfelds Hub does not act as a licensed broker, dealer, placement agent, or investment advisor.
- We do not provide investment advice, do not hold, manage, or transfer funds, and do not participate in investment negotiations or transaction execution.
- All investment decisions are made independently by users. All information provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only.
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
- Investors must have sufficient knowledge and resources to evaluate investments independently
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You will promptly update any changes to your information
- You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account
Access to certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription, as detailed on the applicable pricing pages.
Subscription fees relate solely to access and use of the Platform and its tools and are not contingent on investment activity, introductions, or outcomes.
Founders may pause or modify their subscription in accordance with applicable subscription terms.
Bronfelds Hub provides founders with platform services, which may include business introductions, structured visibility, AI-based analysis, and other tools designed to support founder–investor discovery and engagement.
Any success-based service compensation:
- Is defined upfront by the founder
- Relates solely to the successful delivery of agreed platform services and introductions
- Is governed by a separate service agreement
- May be structured as cash, equity, or a combination
Such compensation is not contingent on the completion or size of any investment transaction, and Bronfelds Hub does not participate in negotiations or deal execution.
Investors do not pay success-based fees, finder fees, equity compensation, or transaction-based fees.
Users agree to engage in good faith and not to intentionally circumvent the Platform with respect to introductions and services provided by Bronfelds Hub.
Any obligations relating to platform services or compensation are governed solely by the applicable service agreement.
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Use automated systems without permission
- Circumvent platform services or obligations
- Disclose confidential information without authorization
User Content
By submitting content (including videos, documents, or materials), you grant Bronfelds Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such content solely for platform operation and promotion.
You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the necessary rights to share it.
Platform Content
All Platform software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by Bronfelds Hub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
INVESTMENT RISK DISCLAIMER:

- • Bronfelds Hub does not provide investment advice or recommendations. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and making independent decisions.
- • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- • The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bronfelds Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use, including investment losses, data loss, or business interruption.
Information shared through the Platform is confidential and must not be disclosed without authorization.
Users agree to comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or other legitimate reasons.
Users may terminate their account at any time. Obligations relating to agreed platform services survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce rights does not waive them
- Assignment: Users may not assign rights without consent
